What does Centric mean?
Literally, centric means "In or at the center, central."
However, if you ask us, it means so much more than that. The heart is the center of every human being. To us, Centric means “from the heart.” We pour our heart into everything we create for you. At Centric, we pay attention to every detail that goes into our activewear
What inspired your logo?
Our logo is called The Infinity Pulse. The “C” that starts and ends the Centric Infinity Pulse logo represents creator and customer. In this space, there are infinite possibilities of creation for you and every customer. We are nothing without you- that’s why we will always strive to design and create the best apparel to help you reach your goals.
What are the Centric Values?
Self-Expression, Performance, and Fitness are our core values.
Centric exists to help reflect and inspire the moods and attitudes of the modern athlete across the globe throughout colorful self-expression.

Where do you make the Centric products?
Every Centric product is designed in-house by our visionary designers in New York City & Los Angeles. We always strive to be socially responsible innovators, which is why we work exclusively with fair-wage certified manufacturing partners from around the world to make our products. Those who make the Centric products are part of our Tribe, just like you.
What materials do you use to make your products?

What's the story behind your fabric technology?
At Centric, we work tirelessly to create best-in-class activewear. Centric fabrics are sourced from across the globe to provide authentic high-performance clothing with unique color options designed for the modern athlete. You can read more about our patented fabric technology here.
How can I figure out which size is best for me?
We're always working to create designs that are flattering for every body. To find your best fit, we put sizing charts on every product page. We know that ill-fitting gear can be frustrating and really put a damper on your workout. That's why we hold our gear to the strictest tolerances to make sure it fits you like a second skin.
Oh no! The item I'm looking at is out-of-stock or sold out. Help!
We do our best to keep our most popular products restocked continually. If we are planning to restock, you should see an option to join the waiting list. Just enter your email address and click "Notify Me." Then, you'll be the first to know when that item is back in stock.
Do you have care instructions for the Centric gear?
To make sure your gear stays looking as new as the day you got it, you should show it a bit of care and love.
We recommend turning your gear inside out, washing on cold water, and tumble dry on low heat (or air dry). Please don't bleach, iron, or dry clean your Centric gear. For bags and accessories, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth when needed. Following these care guidelines will help keep the fabric technology as good as new, all while reducing your energy usage.
Do centric products come with a warranty?
We stand behind all our products. Our goal is to create and deliver products that perform as designed. Our warranty covers any defective gear resulting from manufacturing defects.
To be eligible for warranty or replacement due to a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@centricwear.com within 60 days of discovering any apparent defect in the product. We'll respond as quickly as possible and do all that we can to make sure that your Centric gear performs like it should.
Note that this warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear or gear that has been damaged due to environmental causes.
Do you offer free shipping? What about expedited shipping?
We offer free standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all domestic orders. We also offer expedited shipping via UPS overnight (1 business day) for an additional cost of $35 which you can select at checkout.
International shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
What is Route package protection service that is offered at checkout?
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route offers a few options to improve the experience:
Route+
Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.
The Route App (Free)
The Route App allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers, dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order? What is your processing time after I place an order?
Standard shipping for domestic orders should take 3-5 business days to arrive depends on the destination. Expedited shipping via UPS overnight should take 1 business day to arrive. Domestic orders placed before 2pm EST will be processed the same business day. Purchases made after 2pm EST will not be shipped out until the following business day.
International orders should take 7-14 days to arrive depends on the countries and can take up to 2 days to process.
Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day.
I live outside the US. Do you ship internationally?
Yep! We ship worldwide to domestic and international addresses. We also ship to APO/ FPO addresses. Note that international shipping is currently not available for the following 5 countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we'll email you tracking information to keep an eye on your order.
You can also find your order information by logging into your account on our site.
If you prefer, you could also download Route’s mobile app for iOS from the App Store to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.
What if my order never arrives/ stolen or damaged?
To protect your order against loss or theft and to protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route+ package protection at checkout. If you deselect Route+ package protection at checkout, Centric is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at support@centricwear.com and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
What if I need to return my order?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day exchange/ return policy. If any item in your order does not exceed your expectations, you can send it back to us, free of charge, within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive an exchange, store credit, or a full refund to the original form of payment. To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags still attached. Our return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

and follow prompts to generate a free shipping label that you may use to send your package back to Centric.
Please note that at this time the following purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Items marked as “final sale”
- International orders outside of the United States
- Purchases from third-party retailers. We suggest that you contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.
Return processing time typically takes around 5-10 business days after delivery to our return processing center. If your return is for a refund request, please note that the refund may take up to 5 business days to appear on the statement from your original form of payment.
How do I exchange or return items?
Getting started with your exchange or return is easy:
1. Visit Centric Return Station: https://us.centricwear.com/myreturns.
2. Enter your order number with the email address used to make the purchase and click ‘Start Return’
3. Select the item(s) from your original order that you would like to send back to Centric
4. Select whether you would like to Exchange or Return the item
5. Follow the prompts to complete the Exchange or Return request and print your free shipping label
Exchanges
An exchange will allow you to pick the same product in a different color and/or size
- Click on the item that you'd like to exchange, and select 'Exchange'
- Indicate the reason that you are returning this product back to Centric from the list of available fields
- Select the different color or size for which you'd like to exchange
- To exchange multiple items, repeat the steps above
- Once you submit all exchange requests, please click ‘Continue with Return’
Returns
Returns allow you to return eligible product in your order for a full refund on your original payment method, or the opportunity to use store credit against a different Centric product
- Click on the item that you'd like to return, and select 'Return'
- Indicate the reason you are returning the product back to Centric from the list of available fields.
- Select the refund payment method: return to store credit will allow you to use credit to purchase other products as soon as the package is on our way to the warehouse, return to original payment method typically takes around 5-10 business days after delivery to our return processing center.

What shipping services do you use?
We ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on where your gear is headed.
Oops! I need to change the address on my order. Can I do that?
If you notice that there's an error in your shipping address, please reach out through email to support@centricwear.com as soon as possible, and we will do our very best to get it updated.
Due to quick (i.e., same day) order fulfillment, there may be times when we are unable to adjust the address.
Can I purchase Centric gift cards?

I've got a discount code! Where can I add this during checkout?
Ready to redeem your discount code? You can add the discount or promotional code to your order during the checkout process. In the order summary box on the right side of the screen, you'll notice a box where you can enter your discount code. Enter the code, hit apply, and your total will update. Limit one discount code or coupon per order. Discount codes may only be redeemed on full-priced items. Other conditions and exclusions may apply.
Why isn't my discount code working?
If you are having trouble with the discount code, make sure you review any restrictions, expiration date, or minimum order requirements. Discount codes are only applicable to full-priced items.

Do you offer a referral program?
Want to share the Centric love? The Centric referral program is the thing for you.
Centric offers a give 15% get $15 referral program. A referrer (i.e., you!) can send a one-time 15% discount code to as many friends as you like, which can be applied by that friend towards their first purchase at Centric. When that friend makes a purchase and redeems their 15% referral discount code, we'll send an email to you with a one-time $15 code that can be applied towards a purchase of at Centric. Each $15 off code is single-use and can be used for one purchase. Valid for purchases made in the US only. Other exclusions may apply. Codes cannot be combined with other Centric offers. You can find your referral link by navigating to the left-hand bottom corner of the homepage. If your friends have made their first purchase and it has shipped out and the 15 days review period has passed, but you have not yet received your referral credit, please reach out to us at support@centricwear.com. To expedite the process, please have the referral's order number, email address, and full name available.

Can I shop now and pay later?
"Shop Now, Pay Later" is the quick and convenient way to pay! Choosing the "shop now, pay later" payment option at checkout spreads the cost of your purchase over four easy payments - and with no hidden fees or interest! You'll make your first payment at checkout. Then, the rest are automatically collected every other week from the debit or credit card you sign up with. You can use the "shop now, pay later" option on orders of $35 or more.
Can I pay off my Pay Later purchases early?

We partnered with Shopify, a global payment solutions provider, to offer you the Shop Now, Pay Later option at checkout. Quick, easy, and convenient with no hidden fees or interest.
Will applying for Klarna affect my credit score?
Definitely not! It won’t affect your credit score when you choose your new favorite way to pay. How's that? When you select Shop Now. Pay Later., a soft credit check may be run, but this won’t affect your credit score, and it won’t show up as a hard inquiry on your credit report.

When will my first payment be?
Once your order is confirmed, the first payment will be collected from your account during checkout. Keep in mind that your financial institution may place a hold on your account for the first payment until it is confirmed after checking out.
Can I return pay later
You can return your pay later purchases. The return process is the same as other non pay later purchases, except in how the credit is returned to you. Any outstanding payments will be returned to you via your original payment method. If you have already made payments towards the balance, future payments will be adjusted accordingly.
